At Breathe Well Aromatherapy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect each product to ensure you receive the highest quality items. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at contact@theyogiclosetbrand.com within 5 days of receiving your order. To expedite your request, include a clear picture of the damaged or defective item. We will replace the product at no cost to you. (Please note: Exemptions and conditions may apply, see below.)

Natural Handcrafted Variations

Our products are made with natural materials and are handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. These unique differences are part of the charm and beauty of our products.

Scent Dissatisfaction

If you're not happy with the scent of your product, contact us within 5 days of purchase at contact@theyogiclosetbrand.com. Let us know your concerns, and we will work to provide a replacement product. We genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase, if we cannot come to an agreement we will fully refund your purchase (minus shipping cost).

Return and Exchange Approval

All returns and exchanges require approval and may necessitate the return of the original product. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs if multi exchanges are requested. We are dedicated to resolving any issues quickly and to your satisfaction. Your trust and satisfaction is important to us.

Exemptions:

  • Final Sale Items: All flash sale items marked 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please file a claim with USPS or the delivery carrier for such items.
  • Heat Damage: We are not responsible for soy wax products melting if left in extreme heat, such as in an outdoor mailbox during summer. During the summer months we do pack soy wax items with ice packs to ensure they do not melt in transit. 
  • Skin Reactions: We are not responsible for skin reactions. All ingredients are listed, and our products are not intended for ingestion or as medical treatments.
  • Final Sale Products: Original artwork, furniture, and clothing are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or replacements are available. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom and commissioned art.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

If you would like to cancel your order please do so within an hour of purchase. All cancelled orders are subject to the transaction fee's incurred for completing the initial transaction. The transaction fee will be deducted from the issued refund.

International Transaction fee's include:

4.4% +.30 transaction fee and 2% international card fee.

Domestic Transaction fee's include:

2% transaction fee +.30

Tips regarding natural soy wax candles:

Soy wax is soft, and can melt in direct sunlight and high heat. Store your soy candles away from sunlight. This is not a massage candle. It is not proven to be harmful to humans or pets when used responsibly and as intended.

When burning candles please monitor the burning time, it is recommended to burn 2-3 hours per session. Trim the wick and keep debris from the container. When burning the candle allow it to burn and melt the wax to the edge of the container to avoid tunneling.
